Are your gemstones natural or lab-grown?
We use high-quality natural gemstones by default. If there are specific lab-grown diamond designs, they will be clearly indicated in the product specifications to respect every customer’s right to know.
How does ARC & ORE choose its metal materials?
We use only 18K gold (white gold, yellow gold, rose gold) and 950 platinum. All metals meet international standards, ensuring they are skin-friendly, hypoallergenic, and provide long-lasting shine.
Will the original texture of the ore be exactly the same as the photo?
Because we retain some of the natural texture of the minerals, the texture of each piece is unique. This is the charm of ARC & ORE – your piece is one of a kind.

How long after order confirmation will I receive the goods?
In-stock items are usually shipped within 48 hours; handmade custom items, due to their complex craftsmanship, typically require 15-25 business days. Please plan your special occasion in advance.
What should I do if I receive the fruit and find that the size is not right?
We understand that precise ring sizing is crucial. ARC & ORE offers a free first resizing service (excluding some fully diamond-set styles). Please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your ring.
