Policy Validity
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days (or 30 days depending on your needs) after receiving the goods. After this period, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.

Return and Exchange Conditions
To ensure a successful return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Undamaged: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, without scratches, and unmodified (e.g., resizing).

Anti-counterfeiting Labels: The lanyard, anti-counterfeiting seal, or brand label must be intact and unremoved.

Complete Packaging: Must include the original jewelry box, certificate of authenticity (GIA or brand authenticity card), and all gifts.

3. Exemptions The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom-made items: Any engraving, personalized designs, or items specially modified according to customer requirements.

Natural Imperfections: Since ARC & ORE uses natural minerals, minor internal textures and color banding inherent in the rough stones are natural characteristics and not considered product defects.

Damage-Related Gifts: Such as the jewelry care cloth included with the order.

4. Refund Process

Review: Upon receiving the returned item, our professional jewelry appraiser will inspect it.

Notification: We will notify you via email whether your review has been approved.

Refund: After approval, the refund will be returned to you via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Special Gifts

If the purchase was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive equivalent gift credits.

If the purchaser shipped the gift to themselves, the refund will be directly returned to the purchaser.

6. Shipping

Return Address: Please contact our official email address support@aicombo.org to obtain your exclusive return authorization and shipping address.

Shipping Costs: Unless the product itself has a quality defect, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Security Advice: Due to the high value of jewelry, it is strongly recommended to use a trackable courier service (such as SF Express/DHL) and purchase equivalent insurance for shipping. ARC & ORE cannot be held liable for loss in the event of a return.
